It is one of the core problems for developing the electronic brake to study its dynamics performance .The period is shortened, and manpower and material resources is curtailed by virtual prototype technology.The primary factors that influence the electronic brake's performance is studied .And the course that sets up the virtual model consists of the following steps:(1) Set up three-dimensional model which is based on the kinematics and dynamics theory of rigid body.(2) Study the contact analysis technique for key components of the electronic brake.(3)Design its virtual test method consulting that of improved SCHENCK braketest-bed.(4) Validate the model by experiment, and modify the key factors which influence the virtual test. Then consistency between the virtual model and physical one is obtained.Especially, the quantitative relationship between friction coefficient of linings and electromagnet material which are used for electronic brake and brake efficiency is studied in this dissertation and friction coefficient model on temperature and velocity is worked out. Furthermore, the formula of friction coefficient for single brake course is studied by linearity fitting. It provides a realization approach for studying on the dynamic performance of brake.
