The Research Of Substation Primary System Fault Simulation

The substation training simulation provides a realistic environment for trainee to practice operating tasks. The authors feel that it is an excellent tool that can be used to teach the trainee how to react under these conditions. Electric quantity variation of substation is calculated under normal, emergency and restorative conditions in substation primary system fault simulation. It plays an important role in substation training simulation.The substation primary system fault simulation platform is established based directed topology graphics and fault data structure to satisfy expansion and universality of software. In the process of building directed topology graphics,the nodes and branches are made into graphics controls, Sparse network vectors and hotspot automation connection technology are employed to construct adjacency list. When substation operation mode or data structure is varied, depth first search algorithm is adopted to analyze the system topological relationship, and equivalent circuit diagram is established. The key problem of the fault calculation using symmetrical components is the construction, modification and application of admittance matrix Y.then fault current and port current are calculated by using the theory of two port networks.Base on Ethernet network communication technology, the communication between simulation machine and lower computer is realized. The commands is sended to simulation machine by Instructor computer, including load setting, fault setting, switch mobility, protective devices mobility.the simulation results and action information of local equipments are sended to lower machine by simulation machine. In order to real-time simulate, the states of local equipments are obtained by lower machine at the same time.This paper discusses JiLin oil field BaJaZhi substation primary system fault simulation, realization of single phase shorting, phase to phase short circuit, two phase with ground fault earthing short circuit, one phase open, two phase open and dual repetitive fault simulation,the satisfied result is verified by simulation.
