This dissertation mainly deals with a fatigue life analysis system, and integratesa fatigue life analysis platform that emphasis on fatigue life analysis of new style ofinternal combustion engine parts.Combined the functions of modeling of PRO/E software of 3-D CAD with thesimulation of engine's movement process, we can simulate movement process ofemulated engines on the condition that modeling is exact. Then we can obtain allkinds of data and parameters of kinematics and dynamics in the new style of internalcombustion engine. We also can get the course of stress, the maximum of stress,strain-energy and so on from the analysis. All the result can offer reliable data foradvanced analysis, such as fatigue intensity, safety factor and so on. So this analysisplatform is of leading meaning to the optimization of rods.At last ,The numerical simulation of the model is presented through linking thesolver of ADAMS software to FORTRAN program.In the simulation,the oil filmforces in bearings are computed by solving Reynolds differential equation.Bycontrasting with the results of a model neglecting bearing lubrication,the couplingsystem dynamic behavior to lubrication can change the forces acting on engineblock.So it is very necessary to study the coupling dynamic behavior to oil filmlubrication in design of internal combustion engine.And the analysis platform of thelubrication can play a good role in the forecast.
