In my project, we did a feasible research on application in a new style ofmulti-link engine. Combined the functions of modeling of PRO/E software of 3-DCAD with the simulation of engine's movement process, we can simulate movementprocess of emulated engines on the condition that modeling is exact. Then we canobtain all kinds of data and parameters of kinematics and dynamics in the new styleof internal combustion engine.According to data of kinematics and dynamics calculated by simulated emulator,Flexible body method is used to analyze the engine. The results show that we canobtain not only more accurately simulative results, but also understand more truly thedynamic action of moving parts and variety of its parameters, so as to acquire the dintboundary condition which is close to true and enhance the simulating precision ofoverall mechanism system. We also can get the course of stress, the maximum ofstress, strain-energy and so on from the analysis. All the result can offer reliable datafor advanced analysis, such as fatigue intensity, safety factor and so on. So thismethod is of leading meaning to the optimization of rods.At last an analysis model of coupling system dynamic behavior to bearinghydrodynamic lubrication in internal combustion engine is established. The numericalsimulation of the model is presented through linking the solver of ADAMS softwareto FORTRAN program. In the simulation, the oil film forces in bearings arecomputed by solving Reynolds differential equation.By contrasting with the resultsof a model neglecting bearing lubrication, the coupling system dynamic behavior tolubrication can change the forces acting on engine block. So it is very necessary tostudy the coupling dynamic behavior to oil film lubrication in design of internalcombustion engine....
