The Research Of The Gridding Management Of Tianjin Municipal And Highway Facilities

With the rapid development of urban construction and the growing complexity of urban management, the urgent need to management of modern cities is change the traditional extensive management methods to the refinement of management. And the digital management is the important feature of the modern urban management, is also a continuable changeable means.Gridding management, as a new type of highly efficient management model, has been widely used all over the country. The gridding management can be applied to the informationization management of urban, to rearrange the workflow of traditional government functions in order to adequately expose the blind spots existing in former management and realize the fine and highly-efficient city management to the maximum, which may promote the construction of politics, economy, culture and society of this city.This thesis starts from the limitations of present Tianjin municipal management, and then shows out the advantages of digital management in municipal facilities. This paper takes Tianjin municipal management as its research direction, analyzes and elaborate in details the design plan of this system as well as the social and economical profits it will receive through these aspects: the theories of network city management, the organic construction of Tianjin municipal highway network, the analysis of the data planning of municipal highway infrastructures, software and hardware technologies of network system as well as the functional design of applied software, etc..The initial result of this research is: the proposal of information technology using in Tianjin municipal management. It requires Tianjin, combined with its own conditions, to integrate the internal and external sources to the largest in order to promote the innovation of municipal management by through information technologies.
