R&D The ICP Scanning Spectrometer

With the rapid development of technology and society, the domestic market demand for ICP Scanning Spectrometer is growing. But most of scanning spectrometer sold in China market needs to import. Such equipment in the use and maintenance of day-to-day exist deficiencies. In order to facilitate the use of domestic users, we decided to research and development of ICP Scanning Spectrometer.This paper first described the composition and the working principle of ICP Scanning spectrometer, structure of ICP scanning spectrometer is very complex, generally has four components: ICP Source, Sample introduction system, Spectrophotometer system, the measurement and processing system. ICP Source have two types: one is the self-excited high-frequency generator, the other is it-excited high-frequency generator; this paper uses the self-excited high-frequency generator; Sample introduction system includes the gas system, the plasma torch tube, nebulae and spray chamber; spectrophotometer system also includes scanning structure. Measurement and Processing System is a more important part in the whole paper, this paper described the structure and role of various parts in detail, and scanning coefficient calculation, addition, the paper also programmed the analysis software. Finally we tested ICP scanning spectrometer performance indicators, through many experimental data to prove this thesis has achieved the technical indicators by the project, it has reached a technical lead in the country.
