Research For Regional Design In City Business Districts Environmental Facilities

This paper takes the environmental facilities in the business districts as the object of study, and comes up with solutions to the problem of present assimilation of the outlooks of urban commercial centers. I have analyzed the problems of the environmental facilities in the commercial centers in the practice of designing and the reasons, taking international Bazaar in Urumqi as the example. Based on above analysis i then makes profound research in the fields of the principle, methods, application and the system guarantee of the regional design of environmental facilities in the commercial centers. Besides, I have elaborated the important roles such designing method would play in the future development as well as its practical value. The main contents and features of the research in the theory and application are as follows:1.Chapter one reviews the course of development of the environmental facilities in the western commercial centers, and summaries its systematic construction and functional category, which have made good preparation for the introduction of the theories in the later chapters.2.In chapter two, with the example of international Bazaar in Urumqi, i have analyzed the results of the questionnaire on the environmental facilities in Bazaar commercial center and the current problems and their reasons for the design of the environmental facilities in line with the features of each commercial center. I also make emphasis on the necessity of the regional design of environmental facilities in Bazaar commercial center.3.In chapter three i have made profound research in the principles and methods of the design, and summarized the approaches of bringing the forms, patterns, colors and spirit of the Xinjiang regional cultural symbols into consideration, which has provided the regional design with practical experience and enlightenment.4.In chapter four the demand of designing the environmental facilities in the spirit of"coordinating the economy and the society, human and the nature"has been promoted. And i suggest the formation of the instructive laws and regulations according to the practical conditions of the development of the commercial centers.5. In chapter five i pointed out that 21 cities being advocated by the integrated urban, city information, international city direction. From the macro perspective urban development strategy, urban environmental facilities systematic, regional design has become the new century, China's urban landscape design features the only way.
