Research On The Application Of Iron Painting Art In Urban Environmental Facilities Design

In China, urban construction has entered a stage of rapid development with the innovation of science, technology and social progress, urban environmental facilities as the important indicators to measure the extent of urban civilization also have been developed, but limited to improve on the number, types, and basic functions, the homogeneity phenomenon of environmental facilities in Chinese cities is universal existence, the expressive form of design is serious lack of cultural, regional and holistic, the design system of national characteristics and regional attributes has not been formed yet. Urban environmental facilities are Parts of the urban space environment, they should be designed to reflect the cognitive interpretation of the urban cultural implication and ethnic customs, to show the character of the city, have the same strain with the city human culture.Iron painting art which has been inherited and developed in WuHu during more than300years has very strong geographical characteristics and rich cultural history. As the art of iron and fire, as a typical representative of the Huizhou culture, iron painting art embodies the essence of the Wuhu regional cultural traditions, folk customs and ethnic art. Iron painting art has peculiar charm to bring out the possibility of intervention in the environment facilities design of Wuhu. The application of iron painting art in the design of Wuhu environmental facilities could endow environmental facilities with cultural properties and improve their artistic aesthetic value. The research center of this thesis is about the application of iron painting art in urban environmental facilities design, to research and solve the existing problems of urban environmental facilities design, and as an example to sum up the design methods and principles of urban environmental facilities to play a guiding role on founding China’s urban environmental facilities design system with regional cultural identity.This thesis researches on the natural and cultural environment of Wuhu, obtains first-hand information Based on the field survey, and analyzes today’s environmental facilities in Wuhu deeply and systematically, to provide a reference for the study and design; analyzes the characteristics and Current Situation of iron painting, analyzes its unique artistic style, artistic taste, technics and local features, explores its rich cultural connotations and aesthetic features,and also analyzes the declining of iron painting art in contemporary social environment; at the same time, it also analyzes urban environmental facilities and regional cultural, put forward a new perspective-discussion on the design of regional cultural theory, points out that the study on cultural and regional design of urban environmental facilities is the only way to create the characteristics of urban landscape design in China; Finally, designs environmental facilities for Wuhu, applies the theory to the design of creative practice; proposes vision and recommendations on the application of iron painting art in urban environmental facilities design. Expect to provide a reference for the enrichment and improvement of urban environmental facilities design theory, to help building design system with ethnic characteristics and regional attributes of urban environmental facilities in China.
