Innovation is the key of the development of a country in human history, because it causes the social productive forces continuous progress and a great wealth of material. Although our country has achieved great results in the area of innovation at the present stage. There is still a certain gap between some developed countries and our's, especially in the field of high technology. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the technological capacity and research on the ways of innovation.In this paper, the main object of study TRIZ theory was first proposed by a Russian scholar G. S .Altshuller in 1946.The theory suggests that innovation is to solve the problem of conflicts, as the principles of the invention are objective realities, and a good grasp of the principles of the invention can improve the efficiency of innovation. In many countries, they set up the corresponding research institutions, and wide applications are made in the field of aerospace,automotive,semiconductors and electronic products. As the TRIZ theory is known in China not long, so we are in the stage of learning and familiar with the TRIZ theory.Laws of Technical System Evolution of TRIZ theory is the process of the realization of technology of system functions evolving from the low-level to senior-level .Generally speaking, the evolution of technology systems is not a random process, but one with a certain direction. The model of the research of evolution of technology systems can be made by the summary of the patents existing and research results which will benefit the development of new technology systems and avoids the blind attempts. In this paper, as the cutting technology is the research subjects, the development of tool material is from one-dimensional to the multi-dimensional. It is predicted that the tool material will be more diversified and composite in the future. It is analyzed that the structure of the current tools are in a multi-system stage, therefore, at present the task is the development the structure and materials of the blades of indexable turning tools and the way of high-precision connections of the body and the blade. As the evolution of technology has been turning into the closed-loop control stage, the future direction of development is the self-regulation, that is the regulation of the various parts and components of machine according to the instantaneous state of the turning machining.The classical tool of the TRIZ theory is the methods of conflicts solutions. The physical contradiction refers to the thing, that in order to get a certain function, a system has a characteristic, but also the opposite characteristic. It mainly includes engineering parameters of technical contradiction, contradiction matrix ,innovation theory,the su-field models of physical contradiction and separate principle. This paper summarizes steps of which the theory way of solving technical contradictions by TRIZ theory, and it can be applied to solving the adjustment problems of the amplitude of vibration drilling device. Analyze the technology contradictions that exist in equipment, find the innovative principle from the contradiction matrix, improve the design of the device, make the amplitude adjustable with linking theory with actual project. By su-field models we can analyze the issue of vibration drilling, through the separation principle, so that both devices can use the vibration to enhance the quality of drilling, but also reduce tool wear and reduce noise through the separation principle.Bionics is the study of the structure of biological systems, traits, principles, behavior, for engineering and technology to provide a new design concept, working principle and system of technical and scientific. Bionics research include: bionic morphological, structural bionic, bionic materials, information bionic and control bionic and so on. It made a lot of applications in many areas.Based on the analysis of biological non-smooth surface and its application we did the analysis of biological coupling to reducing adhesion function of Dung beetle which is the typical soil animals. The main analysis of the coupling element are non-smooth surface geometric structure, and epidermal tissue, the body of metallic materials, bio-electric system and the surface of flexible.Finally, we Summarized the characteristics of bionics and TRIZ theory. We made the methods to solve the problem between the two and the combination works together to resolve technical problems .The combination is turning the Technical problems to the standard issue of TRIZ problems, describing the problem with the Objects - field model and finding the ideal solution TRIZ. When clearing the direction and the location of Solutions, we can find resources that can be used. It can set up the bridge between the Technical problems and the biological model. Then, we could design the finally related technical devices following the path of bionics research.Using the technology evolution law of the TRIZ theory and the biological evolution rules, we made the bionic technology curves, that is to study the ancient biological first and to design bionic with the prototype of ancient biological, then, to design bionic with the high level of biological prototype, and so on. Describing the biological functions with matter - the market model of TRIZ theory can make a better expression about the question. Using of technology evolution law, we predict on the bionic technology. The ideal final result we predicted is biological coupling. The trend of Bionic Technology is Micro-bionic. Bionic cases can provide practical example for innovation principle or form a new innovation principle that adds between biological functions and TRIZ.This article is a preliminary exploration on TRIZ theory, bionics, as well as a combination of the two. It supplied some theoretical basis for the further detailed design stage of the experimental stage. We look ahead making it more substantial and more vocational in subsequent studies. And we will continue research for the combination of theory TRIZ and bionics, and apply in engineering design.
