The noise pollution of ABS workshop in the synthetic resin factory is serious, which is above 95 dB(A),and has already surpassed the national stipulation, it serious influences workers' working. In order to achieve the national specified standard and improve worker's working conditions, it must researches the system of reducing the noise to control the noise.Based on ABS product line mainly, the noise in workshops was analyzed systematically. This paper researched the technology of controlling vibration and noise in-depth, and designed the noise reduction program in detail in which used broad-band resistance compound structure to absorb noises. As a result, noises reduced significantly, achieving the standards of GBJ87-1985《Noise controlling design specification for industrial projects》Specific studies are stated as follows:(1)According to the resource of noise in workshop, the produce mechanism was analyzed in detail. Also, the original data on spot was collected and the composition character of noise frequency was analyzed by the spectrum. Besides, this paper stated the principles of noise control, investigated the sound insulation and absorption structure,compounding large channel sound-absorbing structure.(2) This paper optimized the design of ABS product line's noise control system, and made a detailed design: the combined acoustic enclosure was designed to govern the noise from fans and vibrating screens , and the insertion loss was calculated; the design on the length, height and thickness of sound barrier was introduced and the pointed sound barrier to treat electric machines' noise was used; because workshop is a larger space and have very loud reverberation, the space absorber was designed to control reverberation; the suitable rubber anti-vibration pad was chosen to control the vibration of the bottom of acoustic enclosure and sound barrier; meanwhile, the reasonable wrap structure was designed to wrap the output pipe that produced a lot of noise; finally, abnormal points of using the noise control system were analyzed.(3)The compounding large channel sound-absorbing structure was calculated and analyzed. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to build finite element model and acoustic calculation software SYSNOISE to calculate the sound field. Finally, spectrums was analyzed. On the basis of calculating and analysis, the compounding large channel sound-absorbing structure can absorb the noise from 25Hz to 1000Hz effectively—due to the improving of absorption part in original complex absorption structure.
