In the paper ANFIS is introduced to definite the function between fault features extracted from large numbers of local data and validity of methods.And the integrated criterion is formed by evidence theory in fault line detection on the base.The visionally grounding phenomenon caused by ferromagnetic resonance and extinction coil series resonance is analysed and the identifying and inhibiting methords are preformed.The hardware and software of the fault line detection device based on ARM is designed.The operation results show that this platform has good running stability,high adaptability and fault detection is fast and reliable because of the advantages of ARM and the integrated criterion,which may become an ideal earth-fault detection platform for its better performance-price ratio.
