3-66 kv power system in our country mainly adopts the small current grounding method,in the small current grounding system of single-phase earth fault line selection has been the key points and difficulties in distribution network.At present,although a variety of line selection devices emerge in endlessly,but little line selection effect.The main reason is that the single method of selection has its limitation.It is difficult to meet the requirement of selecting line under complex and variable operating conditions.Therefore,it is important to study the principle of selection and to develop a high reliability selection,which has important theoretical research significance and practical value.In this paper,we introduce the research status of the single-phase ground fault line of small current ground system and the main selection principle and the selection method.According to the characteristics of steady state and transient characteristics,the fault measure function is constructed to deal with the data obtained by simulation.And the data are the input values of the fusion algorithm.Then,introduces the population amplitude ratio phase method,zero sequence current mutation method and "S"injection method.The fault selection line of small current ground system is combined with the above intelligent algorithm.The algorithms combine with practical problems to solve the problem.Then,the paper focuses on the study of the method of selecting line fault line fault.Various methods for selecting line of steady state and transient quantity are used to improve the reliability of the equipment.Finally,the single-phase ground fault line device for the underground distribution network of the dual-cpu system was constructed in the method realization.And implement the software design of the device system under the Keil u Vision4 development environment.Then,the overall process of the fault feeder identification is achieved by the output of the selected line at the interface of the interface.
