Main Steam Temperature Control System Of Once-through Boiler And Its Strategy Research

As the boiler develop towards large volume and high parameter,supercritical generation units become more and more popular,which reduce the coal consumption, economize the energy source,lessen the discharge capacity,and enhance the economy benefit.This article introduces the controlling characteristics of supercritical generation units,and expatiates on the main steam industrial flow according to specific once-through boiler.Then the main steam's dynamic model is deduced,and the main steam's rough adjustment,fine adjustment controlling strategies are introduced.In the end,based on the model,the simulation of PID cascade control and fuzzy PID cascade control is carried out to validate the model's rationality and the the fuzzy control's improving function for systems.
