In recent years,the global energy is becoming less and the environmental pollution is serious increasingly,so the clean and renewable solar energy is receiving attention more and more.At the same time,with the technology development of solar energy photoelectric transformation,it has wide used in application.In the future,the application of solar cells has good prospects for development.However,at present one of the major problems that the photovoltaic system faced is the low transfer efficiency.The domestic and foreign many literature in view of this question proposed realizing the solar cell maximum power point tracking methods.In order to solve this problem,adding the maximum power point tracking(MPPT) controller between the solar cell and load was widely adopted,which led to receiving the purposes of making full use of solar energy.First,the paper article analyzes the principles and characteristics of existing algorithm used in MPPT control respectively,and then proposed the improved method of climbing.This improved algorithm is not only simple and easy to implement,also can effectively avoid two situations of the traditional mountain climbing law vibrating the power loss which nearby the maximum power point the movement creates and presenting the tracking direction miscarriage of justice to realizes rapid and healthy tracking.On this basis,it research and design a high-reliability and high level of integration automatic control system.This system makes the Buck voltage dropping electric circuit as the main electric circuit,and uses MCU to control.It can first acquisition and processing the solar energy voltage and the electric current data,then carries on the multiply operation,and calculate and compare the maximum power point,at last control the power switch accurately.In the paper,it introduced the software and hardware design process of the solar cell maximum power point tracking(MPPT) control system in detail,and in the final it makes experiment to the system,output power of solar cell increased by 8%.the experimental result indicated that this system has achieve the anticipated goals and the performance requirement,so it is feasible and has high value in practical application. |
