The instruments used for detecting pesticide residue are the mass spectrograph. In accurate detection, many import instruments are used, but because of the costly and surreptitious data processing software, the result of processing is not as well as that processed by the overseas specialists. Therefore, the problem that faced and to be solved is how to process mass spectrometric data; one aim of the paper is to process mass spectrometric data using MATLAB data processing software. In the meantime, spectrograph has played a more and more important role in detecting of pesticide residue. Import spectrographs have taken a big market share, but they are expensive and slap-up. It is always a waste of money and resources in application. In order to do something for the localization of spectrograph, a simple-mini spectrograph has been designed.The paper contains two parts, in the mass spectrometric data processing; an analysis system for mass spectrometric data was designed basing on VC platform, making the data saved in instrument files transfer to data readable into reality. The data analyzed then was made into 3-D graph using MATLAB, the graph and then was processed, such as graph extraction and qualitative analysis; The other part is to design a spectrograph, which used the TCD1209D as its photo device, MAX7000S series CPLD and C8051F340 as its central controllers, USB protocol as its transmission mode. In the host device, LabVIEW was used for USB display via configuring NI-VISA.The mass spectrometric data processing software system basing on VC and MATLAB is feasible; the design of the spectrograph is feasible.
