| Super precise is one of the most important technique of the super precise machine tool. Elevated temperature, speed control loading characteristics, precision maintenance, liberation intensity and circumgyratetion error are not only the key demand of motorized spindle's capability but also an important index to evaluate it's performance. At present, our nation is poor at the localization of motorized spindle, and its performance has become one of the key tache which affect the development of our high speed numerical control machine. It's the object for the major factories to produce high performance motorized spindle unit. So it's an urgent problem to development comprehensive testing system for the motorized spindle.Cording to the practical requires of comprehensive testing and evaluation of the motorized spindle of numerical control machine that comes from Beijing No. 1 Machine Tool Plant, we did the following jobs: Finished testing for the bearings in front and back of the motorized spindle, experiment of speed control loading characteristics, collection and analysis of data of circumgyratetion precision,Liberation intensity testing, axial float testing, shaft end jumping testing, static and dynamic characteristics experiment and testing of bearing retightening state, and we developed a set of comprehensive testing system for the motorized spindle.This system is a pc based virtual instrument testing system that includes 2 parts of hardware and software. Hardware is comprised by test-bed and it's accessories and variety of other testing instruments. Software is a comprehensive testing system for the motorized spindle to realize functions of testing and experiment. It's hardware if composed by NI PCI 6221 data acquisition card and general computers. The software is developed under the environment of LabVIEW8.5.In order to fulfill the static and dynamic characteristics experiment and testing of bearing retightening state, here we proposed a novel shock excitation experiment programmed called Rapid time-steady-state sinusoidal excitation swept frequency response function measurement system and method. In this way we adopted steady state sinusoidal, the excitation power is great and the energy is concentrated. Higher-order modes can be shocked out easily; excitation response use static data and have high SNR (more than 75dB); has more frequency resolution (due to precision of acquisition card), and it sampled in a whole cycle, the result is credible and has a high precision; we can greatly shorten our testing time as we use logarithm to sweep the frequency.Finally in the test-bed we used the comprehensive testing system for the motorized spindle to do local test to motorized spindle CDH512 from Beijing No. 1 Machine Tool Plant. By practical testing and manipulation, we find this system installed easily, testing accurately and with a good performance, and met with our testing requirement perfectly.In one word, based on the research and manufacture of test bench used in the comprehensive performance test and evaluation of motorized spindle, the performance test and analysis of motorized spindle were finished, the related testing and evaluating software system was developed, the testing and evaluating criterion of the motorized spindle was created. The comprehensive performance, reliability and quality of the motorized spindle were enhanced, and the technology support was given for them. |
