As a high statically indeterminate structure, the internal force distribution of girder in high cable-stayed bridge is the most important evaluating standard to a concrete cable-stayed bridge . the cable force and the cable-stayed on the girder of the internal force distribution plays a very significant impact, so it is the key issues to determine a reasonable construction of the bridge cable and power cord into a bridge after they reached a reasonable state and ensure the structural safety when the bridge under construction. In this paper, based on the tie-luo-ping cable-stayed bridge project, some research is carried out mainly on the reasonable construction state and construction control process.In this paper ,critical principle of status evaluation during construction process and construction is firstly investigated, the author believe that when the cross-section form, materials and other basic parameters have been determined according to the circumstances, a number of factors such as reacting force of the girder,the tower,assistant pier and well-proportioned cable force should be considered when designing a reasonable bridge state, and ultimately determine the internal force control of the girder is the main factor, other factors are also taken in to consideration, layout of prestressed reinforcement,cable force and other important contents are determined by the above statement and make sure that the bridge structure can meet the requirements of the reasonable state. Based on the defined reasonable bridge state, through the simulation of construction process and forword and reverse method , we can obtain the reasonable construction condition. Generally speaking, the rational inspection of the bridge state is guaranteed to achieve the rational design, main contents of two aspects besides, structure safety and convenience in the construction process.Second, further discussion and analysis of the current cable-stayed bridge in a reasonable state and reasonable method of calculating the state construction, as well as various advantages and limitations of methods are presented. Based on the theoretical analysis above-mentioned and combined with tie-luo-ping Project, we get a reasonable bridge state and the main control parameters of rational bridge construction status.Then, using the bridge structure calculation software Dbridge to simulate the construction process of tie-luo-ping bridge and establish control model. through the early parameters adjustment and error analysis, match the calculating model output data and actual reaction of the structure. Based on the calculation model and actual measurement, analysis the reaction degree of influence of several kinds of parameters.Finally, combined with the actual situation of the bridge, propose a concrete contral plan of tie-luo-ping, mainly including the specific plan of construction control process and construction of monitoring and control precision, etc. Test results show that the current line of the bridge structure and internal control are well built.
