Ground Source Heat Pump refers to the use of soil or groundwater and the low-temperature thermal energy storage performance bit of a heat pump system.The heat transfer process of ground source heat exchanger is complicated and unstable, and it is difficult to find effective mathematical solution. Therefore, the existing design theory and method based on determinate analysis will cause high cost, or unsatisfied energy efficiency ratio. The appropriate method is to consider the dominant stochastic factors as possible and use the random heat transfer analysis and reliability design method.This paper focus on the following work:1. The research status and research significance of GSHP heat transfer was elaborated at first. The existing pipe heat transfer model are inductioned and summarized, and the concept of GSHP random heat transfer model is introduced on its foundation as following. The random heat transfer influencing factor is analyzed and the random parameter are obtained which greater influencing to the buried pipe calculation model.2. Through the reliable theoretical analysis method, the definition to the GSHP system reliability is carried on. And take the heat transfer quantity indexes as the example, has established the basic methods and design procedure of fail-safe analysis for the GSHP buried pipe.3. Take the practical one-dimensional Kelvin line heat source model in the world as the foundation, the temperature field of GSHP buried pipe is random analysis. And some useful results are obtained,that are the expression formula, and statistics and space and time relevant characteristic of equalizing value, and variance and covariance of excess temperature field. 4. With practical project example, the graphics which calculated by computer are obtained ,and they can describing the correlation and randomness of excess temperature field. And statistical characteristics of GSHP random heat transfer is discussed,which provides the basis for the fail-safe analysis and the design of GSHP.The calculation result indicated that the pipe installation heat transfer related to the distance apart from the pipe center and the systems operation time correlation obviously, and also the heat transfer between buried pipes can not be ignored. The method in this paper have the important meaning to the consummation reliability design theory, reduces the source heat pump pipe installation construction cost. Furthermore, Explore a feasible and practical underground exchanger design theory and method of meaningful for the underground heat system further research work.
