On the basis of knowing and analysis of the structure and heat transfer behavior of condenser,N-8000 type condenser was taken to be the study object.And with the objective of vacuum improvement of the condenser,main affecting factors was put forward.With the integration of theory and practice,DCS real-time data was analyzed and mathematical method together with neural network was used to get the relation caves between each affecting factor and condenser vacuum,and the vacuum model of the condenser was founded based on neural network.These caves not only showed the concrete effects on condenser vacuum from each affecting factor but also verified that the result of each affecting factor was in agreement with the theoretical results.The model was applied to the field data and a satisfactory result was obtained.These analysis results provided some reference for the safety and economic operation of unit.
