This paper calculates the temperature field and the stress field of 600 MW steam turbine rotor during the process of cold startup,hot startup,warm start-up and sliding parameter outage with CAE software ANSYS.On the basis of analysis and the calculation result of stress,more reasonable startup and stop prosess plans are formulated.Finally,the sub-module concept of life magement of turbine units is put forward,besides,according to the life assessment steps,some methods in calculation process are designed as sub-modules,a life management sofeware of steam turbine based on sub-module is developed.
