Operation reliability of distribution network,as the electricity network directly connected with the users,is very important.Based on the subject cooperated with enterprise,the writer carries research with the request of partners on the same-phase- two-point earth fault characteristics,single-phase ground line selection fault and capacitor current measurement for resonant grounding system etc.Since capacitor current calculation of resonant grounding system is the basis of compensation of automatic tuned Petersen-coil,the writer addresses an improvement solution for two-point and three-point method commonly used to measure ground capacitor and current.The method expands effective application domain of measurement technology.In the respect of line selection,the writer submits specific program to improve the zero sequence current incremental method,relying on high-speed acquisition card used in general controller of industrial computer.The two improved solutions make Petersen-coil achieve good performance effect in the two areas of fast-compensation capacitor current alignment of and line selection.This paper also completes circuit design of conditioning filter and signal acquisition in Petersen-coil general controller.This paper aims at clarifying and solving the problem through theoretical analysis, computer simulation,hardware development and experimental verification etc.The results of the thesis possess practical value of project.
