The Design And Research Of Ship Intermediate Voltage Power Station Lab

In recent years,as the ship continuing to raise the level of electrification,electrical equipments on ship increasing gradually,electrical loads rapid increasing,the power of generators increases gradually,for traditional ship low voltage power system(below 500V),which makes the short circuit current increase gradually and the cross-sectional area of electrical cable increase gradually.In addition,technique of manufacture of high power electrical motor in low voltage is difficult,the economy is unreasonable.Therefore, enhancing electrical power system's voltage class becomes the consideration of power station which develops to the large capacity.This is also the reason of appearance of ship intermediate voltage power system.Ship intermediate voltage power system has become hot spot of the domestic and foreign shipbuilding and the scientific research unit.College of Marine Engineering, Dalian Maritime University intends to build the ship intermediate voltage power station lab,to ensure the provision of technical of teaching and research,to lay the foundation for the development of the domestic.ship intermediate voltage power system.In this thesis,the main job is to design ship intermediate voltage power station lab and to prepare for the establishment of the lab.Ship intermediate voltage power system is more systematic introduced and summarized.First,ship intermediate voltage power system's characteristic are carefully analyzed and researched.Neutra point earthed technology of ship intermediate voltage power system is selective analyzed.Second,ship intermediate voltage power station lab is detailed designed from the selection of generator,transformer and load to the design of switch board,electric power network,relay protection system and power management system.Short circuit current values are calculated and according to results the main switch and bus of ship intermediate voltage power station lab are selected.In addition the resistance of neutra point earthed of ship intermediate voltage power station lab is calculated.Finally,ship intermediate voltage power station lab is carried on the model by using Matlab/Simulink and according to simulation result,correction of the design of system and calculation of short circuit current are tested and verified.
