Owing to the special method of construction,the flowability of the cement mortar which is poured into the pre-placed aggregate grouting concrete should be pretty good.For this reason,the method of high water cement ratio(W/C) or adding a certain amount of water-reducing agent is always used.Consequently,these methods would lower the strength of the pre-placed aggregate grouting concrete and the water-reducing agent would contaminate the environment.The technology of electro-osmosis is used to solve the contradiction between high water cement ratio(W/C) during construction and low water cement ratio(W/C) during consolidation effectively,because of no use of the water-reducing agent,the method can also solve the environment problem.Furthermore,a certain amount of fly-ash which substitutes for some cement can lower the production cost and save resources. The moulding board which is produced by imitating the Dipy framework can exert the osmosis effect.Some factors such as current intensity,water cement ratio,content of fly-ash are analyzed systematically in the technology of electro-osmosis.And a new experiment method of secondary electro-osmosis is put forward by changing the polar distance. Comparative analysis are made among the free filtering concrete,electro-osmosis filtering concrete,secondary electro-osmosis filtering concrete in many respects.The result of measurement of the size of the coefficient of electro-osmosis and consumption of electricity shows that application of the techology of electro-osmosis is economical as well as effective.The technology of electro-osmosis is used and certain amount of fly-ash is added into sintered fly-ash concrete so as to solve such problems as the low strength and some negative effects on the other performances due to too long time of vibration of sintered fly-ash concrete and bad coefficient between the cement mortar in concrete and aggregate.In the process of applying the technology of pre-placed aggregate grouting electro-osmosis to manufacturing the sintered fly-ash concrete,the fly-ash and aggregate can be placed in advance and then grouting the mortar,the last step is to use electro-osmosis.Therefore the contradiction between concrete construction with high water cement ratio(W/C) and consolidation with low water cement ratio(W/C) is successfully solved,and with no vibration in the process of making the sintered fly-ash concrete.Moreover,the cohesion between mortar and haydites can be strengthened.To compare with the new technology,traditional method is also used in making the sintered fly-ash concrete.The experimental results show that the new technology is better than the traditional methods in these performances: compressive strength,bending strength,sheafing strength,plank's areal density,and apparent density. By analyzing these factors which influence on concrete performance:cement mortar, interface transition area and coarse aggregate,it concludes that,when the amount of coarse aggregate is certain,there is a linear relationship between the flowability and intensity of the cement mortar and concrete strength.There is also a linear relationship between concrete strength and frame paste ratio under certain conditions..
