The mountain rivers of southwest China flow quickly, where the course of setting and diffusing flow is rapid, the flood rises suddenly and falls fiercely, Shuiluo River is a typical mountainous river as well as Minzhi River, whose slopes are steep, channels are narrow, covering layer deep, and river bed slope steep. In this paper, based on Shuiluo River Zuan'gen and Baoxing River Minzhi Hydropower Station Hydraulic model experimental study, we use the reservoir siltation and the discharge of silt rule and combining with practical projects effectivly lleviate and control reservoir sedimentation, and use reasonable measures to discharge sediment on water power station.Key aims at scheme of"using reservoir instead of pond"for key project of headwork of MinZhi hydropower station of Baoxing River, the sand effect, carries on according to the designing department digital-analog computation's storehouse district siltation terrain and the bed sand composition shop sand loses the sand experiment, in the research of different current capacity situation, the reservoir storehouse district flushes the sand effect including the reservoir washout length, the width, the depth and the wash load and so on.Using relevant reservoir sediment research and systematic analysis of the one-dimensional unsteady flow sediment mathematical model's history and status quo,we estimate the capacity of reservoir sedimentation processes and its total amount of siltation. The establishment of a one-dimensional sediment mathematical model to simulate river sedimentation process in the reservoir area, an analysis of reservoir operation for 10 years and 20 years after the deposition of the situation. There are six chapters in this paper, as follows:Chap 1: The present research situation, a more systematic exposition of the existence of sedimentation in the reservoir area and research the issue of the status quo, and on this basis in light of the actual engineering application study of proposed content of this article. and the main work of the paper is put forward.Chap 2: Provides an overview of hydraulic design and the production of physical models of the situation, the system introduced the first of the two power station hub design and modeling, surface model validation, the adjusted distance between roughness and grain size of pebbles to the model the river water line with the prototype of the river water are basically the same line on a prototype model of the river and the river is basically similar to achieve the resistance requirements.Chap 3: Provides an overview of power plant water intake measures used sand on the situation of the basin sediment yield on the arrangement of power plant water intake and analysis of sand conditions, and the typical water and sediment in the process of generalization.Chap 4: Introduced by the people in power plants"using reservoir instead of pond"program on the basis of the settling tests carried out in the reservoir area, experiments show that the open vent in the reservoir after the sand is running late, when the gates before the river after depth of the deep-hong reduced to a certain height, the bartop front part of the Sha Chau Island near surface elevation Top elevation bar, the hub for China to be open sand.Chap 5: In the verification conducted on the basis of sedimentation in the reservoir area, the establishment of a one-dimensional mathematical model of sediment, and analysis of reservoir operation for 10 years and 20 years after the deposition of the cross-section.Finally, sums up the whole paper and further research work is prospected.
