| Nowadays, the highways developed very rapidly, with the increasing of traffic, the rising of vehicle axle's weight, the application of super single tires and the overloading vehicles. This led to serious damages like rutting, cracking, pits and so on. The road's life shortened, the service became worse which raised the road sector investment and maintenance cost pressures. Meanwhile, it asked for higher demands on the materials used in asphalt pavementaterials and performance of asphalt mixture. Therefore, our highway searchers devoted themselves to the AC pavement's enhancement, the road surface quality's improvement as well as the road life span's increasing. That learning form foreign advanced surface technology, introducing new road materials, and strengthening the asphalt pavement with polyester fibers as an additive, is considered as an effective measure for impoving the pavement quality.This paper initially focus on the research of mixing technology and molding temperature of polyester fiber asphalt mixture. On the basis studied the relationship between the amount of polyester fiber and the most suitable asphalt content, and determined the best asphalt content of SUP19. The paper also made a comparative analysis on polyseter fiber reinforced asphlat mixture's stability at hign temperature, anti-cracking ability at low temperature, and studied the mechanism of polyester fiber reinforced asphlat mixture's pavement performance.Next, it studied the polyseter fiber improved the timeliness of sphlat mixture's pavement performance with the aging test simulation timeliness. At the same time, it dug the process how the polyester fiber reinforced asphlat mixture's pavement.Finally, tests of the polyester fibers based on the indirect tensile fatigue trials to improve the asphalt mixture pavement performance limitation of the test results are made. According to theoretical analysis, timeliness aquation of asphlat conctete is put forward. With the foundation of trial result, timeliness equation of polyseter fiber asphlat conctete is formed. |
