Research On Asphalt Pavement Overlay Of Old Cement Concrete Pavement In Shanxi Province

Shanxi province is abundant in coal, but the phenomenon of over loading is very common, and the over loading destroy the road badly, many concrete pavements are dilapidated and confronted with reinforcement and heavy repair. Spread asphalt overlay on former concrete pavement is measure of heavy repair and rebuilding which could effectively resume the using function of former concrete pavement. Compare with other measure of rebuilding of former concrete pavement this measure is comprehensive in Shanxi province, but the reflecting cracks of spreading overlay which develop rapidly affect the using function and longevity of spreading overlay, so finding out the measure to prevent and delay crack of spreading overlay from happening is still a difficult problem for Shanxi province.Which measure to prevent reflecting cracks from happening is adopted rest with the condition of former concrete pavement. The investigation of pavement from Jinci to Xiajiaying in G307 national highwayK578+724～K586+306 to be a example in this thesis. To explain how to investigate and estimate former concrete pavement, at the same time investigate and estimate other former concrete pavement which need maintain and rebuild.To find out that over loading is major reason for destruction of concrete pavement. It also accelerate the happening of reflecting cracks, investigate over loading of Shanxi province in this thesis and analyze the influence of over loading to asphalt pavement.Bring out four spreading technology combine with situation of over loading of Shanxi province: paving Glass Fiber Grid, setting up stress absorbing layer, setting up Large-size asphalt mixture cracks remitting layer and broken concrete technology. Analyze four spreading technology via ANSYS.Bring out the technology of rubblization base on the result of ANSYS and condition of Shanxi province, reconstructing pavement from Jinci to Xiajiaying in G307 national highway to be an example, to expatiate how to use technology of rubblization in spread asphalt pavement on former concrete pavement.
