Ji Lin province,China. Some cement concrete pavements which were built from 1996 have already reached service life span. And other left pavements lost have also their function with the repaid increasing volume of traffic. The cement concrete pavements are hard to repair when broken or damaged. Rehabilitation problems of cement concrete pavement have been paid more attention by relevant government agencies and road engineers.This paper is based on the project of Research on the series technologies of cement concrete pavement rehabilitation in the seasonal frozen region. Rehabilitation technologies of cement concrete pavement that are suitable for the feature of climate and vehicles composition in Jilin province are put forward according to practical engineering need, theoretical analyses and pavement diseases surveying. And experimental roads consisted of several kinds of pavement structure, which including to pave asphalt overlays, rubber-modified asphalt stress absorbing layer and semirigid base on existing cement concrete pavement, rubblization of cement concrete pavement(MHB), structure layers after joint treatment of pavement, etc. Through simulating models of road construction, the paper has analyzed a mechanical behavior ofrehabilitation technologies.Main results are followings:(1) Analyzing and researching the main diseases on cement concrete pavement: crack, fracture and faulted slab, etc. The changed performance of cement concrete pavement can be predicted according to the analysis the series data of cement concrete pavement diseases. The causing reasons of these diseases are including worse roadbed, insufficient strength of pavement structure, ill-suited set of seams, improper seams’ design and construction quality and overloading, and so on. With analysis of these diseases, performance prediction model according to the variation of performance condition index(PCI) has been set up and applied.(2) Analyses of mechanics theory, based on technological design specifications, this paper has come up with rehabilitation schemes. At first, setting up ANSYS mechanical models, melting, loading. It is based on the situation of deformation and stress to analyze mechanical function of cement concrete pavement.(3) Mechanical analyses of pavement structures with different treatment measures are carried out according to their characteristics. To a certain extent, thesemeasures can strengthen intension of pavement structure. The rubblization technology of cement concrete pavement can effectively prevent reflecting crack.(4) Rehabilitation technologies of cement concrete pavement are recommended based on results of mechanical analysis and experimental road rehabilitation.
