Earthquake simulation shaking table is an important part of the shaking table test system.The size,the mass and the local structure of the foundation have a great influence on the accuracy of basic design of earthquake simulation test.Nowadays,the construction of the shaking table array becomes a trend,various shaking table interact on each other,different forms of vibration make the foundation in a complex state of stress,however,there is less research on this aspect.Therefore,it is necessary to make an in-depth analysis and optimization design,in order to guarantee the foundation to meet the operating requirement and reduce the impact work on the surrounding environment that the vibration table make.This paper introduces the design and analysis of a double array shaking table foundation in a a university laboratory.In order to make the basis of reasonable design,it is necessary to select the accurate calculation methods.In this paper,the theoretical method and numerical method are used to analyze and calculate the foundation.The theoretical method based on the mass-spring-damping model,and the numerical method adopts the ANSYS finite element method.The calculation results show that the theoretical results and the ANSYS calculation results are similar,which are within the allowable range.The two methods play a mutual verification role.The shaking table foundation and reaction wall system are a whole.It is analyzed with ANSYS.The frequency corresponding to the maximum displacement based on the overall foundation is much larger than the shaking table foundation,which shows that the whole foundation is favorable for the working frequency of the shaking table to avoid the natural frequency of the foundation.The displacement,velocity and acceleration of the whole foundation are calculated,and the results are within the allowable value range.This paper combines practical engineering,the reaction wall loading system and the foundation of double array shaking table system are made a rational layout,and analysed and calculated by two method.I hope it can provide more reference in research and construction of other shaking table foundation.
