Design Of Eco-housing In Mian Yang Zone At Post-disaster

Last year,Wenchuan earthquake last year damaged a large area of residential villages in Mianyang region,tens of thousands of people living in temporary houses, construction of permanent homes is imminent。It is hot in summer and cold in winter in this region,and the thermal comfort of traditional residential is in poor condition,so in order to save energy and achieve sustainable development,Eco-building are expectedEco-building originated in the West,limited by the relatively backward technology and insufficient funds,the ecological construction started fairly late in China.With the implement of country policies of building a conservation-minded society and sustainable development,eco-building is paid more and more attention.Through field research,the author summed up the development and status of residential in Mianyang villages and towns areas,analysized the residential characteristics of the 80's,before the 80's,late 90's and these years since the millennium,compared their respective advantages and disadvantages.From the measured data got from the test for outdoor and indoor temperature of huses built in 2003,it can be seen that summer indoor thermal environment is bad,therefore,to residential in villages and towns,heat- insulation in summer is very important. According to the actual temperature measures,Dest-h can be used to simulate changes of outdoor and indoor temperature,and accord the measured values.In this paper,based the sdudy of the following sides:the site selection of residential,the environment of residential layout,construction body design,the design of green environment,residential flat and garden design,the maintenance of the thermal insulation,choice of building materials and other aspects,the author explore suitable project for the local eco-residential in villages and towns areas.The proposed model residential buildings are to be located in Sangzao town of Mianyang,According to local traditional residential features,layout reasonable arrangements,determine the elevation,select the appropriate building materials and thermal insulation.Dest-h can be used to simulate changes of outdoor and indoor temperature of the model,and it can be concluded that,without any air-conditioning equipment,the indoors temperature is in the range of thermal comfort in most of the year.
