China is a country that consume abundance energy every year, and the resource and the energy of the average Chinese are very poor, and the low energy efficiency is still exist. Among the number of energy use in China, which is 30% in buildings. Obviously, energy use in buildings become the one that only consume less than in industry. At the same time, there is a trend that accompanied by the development of city-movement which is the percentage of energy use in buildings grows fast. As a result, it will make meaningful of pay more attention to energy conservation. And it is relating to the supplement and the requirement of energy, the development of construction and sustainable development of economy. This article try to discuss the example of how to lower energy use in buildings that through the warm-keeping and energy-conserving system of wall construction. And it will make the building have a nice thermal environment inside, meanwhile, it will reduce our need of air condition. Specifically, this article try to analysis the relationship among energy-conserving, energy-using and other theories through the area cold in winter and hot in summer, main factors of energy-using in buildings and problems relate to the thermal process in buildings. Then this article wants to give some scientific directions about energy-conserving of wall construction. Moreover, also look forward to problems of energy-conserving and the future of green building.The introduction mainly collects papers and books that relate to the subject of energy-conserving in buildings in these years. Above that this part also concluded elements which influenced energy-using in buildings for live and make the main subject of this article at last. The chapter one analyze features in the area that cold in winter hot in summer and energy-using construction of this area. Beside, give a specific explanation of thermal industry of building envelope and aims of energy-conserving. The chapter two analyze thermal industry of building envelope that influenced energy-using in winter and summer. And from the view of energy-conserving and discuss wall energy-conserving, thermal industry and advantages and disadvantages of various style of warm-keeping. The chapter three firstly introduces building energy simulation and its theories. Then exemplified Nanchong area as the object, use DeST-h construct a model, and simulate energy-using in this area. Then evaluate and analyze the result of energy-conserving. The chapter four mainly discuss problems and how to prevent problems happen in this area. And try to give di a good solution that suit for the weather here which is called as inside and outside combination insulating system. In the last chapter which is the part of conclusion, try to find shortages and mistakes in this article. Moreover, also want to look forward to the future in the area of building energy conservation.
