Roll to Roll(R2R) transmission is the most common manner of production that through flexible media in many areas, such as printing, textile, semiconductor packaging etc,. The tension stability and lateral displacement corrective control that Seriously affected quality and the ratio of product of objects in the process of web conveying, are key influence factors in web conveyance system. The thesis mainly studied on optimization of the structure and lateral displacement corrective control of web conveyance module in RFID tags-packaging equipment. The main research results are listed as follows:Firstly, the whole scheme of web conveyance system is briefly introduced. The contents of the study Included comparisons of the differents between the new RFID tags-packaging equipment and the old one among the mechanical structure,tension form of web and lateral displacement corrective control aspects.Finally, the study get the conclusion is that the new design is relatively reasonable.Furtherly,the study proposed and implemented the flexible web conveyance system control based on PMAC.Secondly, the article studies on the key parts - roller and supportwall, finite element analysis, optimization and modal analysis of them. The results of optimization shows that the moment of inertia of roller and the weight of supportwall decreased significantly. Modal analysis results showed that the natural frequency of structure avoid operation frequency,So,the overall mechanical structure is stability.Lastly, to slove the problem of lateral displacement of the flexible web conveyance system, the study establish the lateral displacement math modal, and the transfer function is derived from the math modal. Ultimately the study usies the Simulink toolbox of matlab to simulate the result of the lateral displacement controller modal. The results shows that the method can effectively realize of correction control.In this paper, the results of research have been successful applicated on the nation " 863 " projects:" RFID tags-packaging equipment development and production" .and it help to complete the web conveyance beautifully. The above research results can also be a reference to the related applications.
