2D Doppler spectrum copy as one of the positron annihilation techniques is applied widely in material researches. The digital circuit system of this instrument is responsible for analyzing and recording of annihilation signals coming from the pre-circuit and then transmitting them to the host computer. My work is focused on the design of the transmission module in order to satisfy the properties such as high speed and high performance during the transmitting. In this thesis, according to the actual demands of the instrument, based on characteristics of TCP/IP protocol and on-chip bus protocol WISHBONE, the Ethernet transmission module is designed. By means of simulation, the reliability and stability of the Ethernet transmission module are verified to ensure the efficient high-speed data transmission. This transmission module realizes ARP, ICMP and UDP protocols. Data can be transmitted between the instrument and the host computer in full-duplex communication in 100Mbps. programming is flexibleThe technology used in this design is very universal and the programming is flexible, and would be adopted in other fields.
