The high-voltage breaker is the most important electric equipment in the power system. How to do the test and maintenance work of a high-voltage breaker well is now a major theme. The disadvantage of traditional DC power supply to test a high-voltage breaker is at the load regulation propert and weight and so on. It's needed to develop a new DC power supply to test the high-voltage breaker. While the modern high-frequency switching power supply work at a very high frequency, it can use the energy storage components and high-frequency transformer which are smaller, so the bulk and weight of the high-frequency switching power supply can be reduced. This power supply is proper to be the testing power supply of a high-voltage breaker.Basing on the researching of the modern high-frequency switching power supply technology and analysis the working principle of some common DC/DC converter, this thesis propose a solution using the full-bridge converter as the main circuit and the DSP2407 as the core of the control circuit. The advantage of the full-bridge converter is at the high output power, and the DSP2407 has a powerful computing capability. Basing on the monitoring to the output voltage and current, it realize closed-loop control to the output, so the load regulation propert can be improved much. This thesis design and manufacture the main circuit and control circuit, and program a Man-machine interface on the PC using the Visual Basic6.0. Operators can observe the state of this power supply easily, and adjust the operating parameters so that can meet the different working environment and load.At last, it's proved that this power supply can meet the design requirements according to the experiment and analysis.
