With the development of hardware and software of computer, computer vision technology is attracted more and more attention by people. computer vision technology is used widely, especially in these fields ,which include national defence military affairs,aviation spaceflight,intelligent robot and so on. This dissertation is based on The Missile-target Spatial Encounter Measurement System, which is built in a national defence experiment base. The system of The Missile-target Spatial Encounter Measurement is built, and the state of simulate encounter is realized to check and analyse by the scheme of binocular stereo visionAt the beginning, this dissertation is deeply investigated and generally analyzed about the development of technology about Three-dimensional visual space measurement system inside and outside of our country and Based on Binocular Stereo Vision test System is designed.Secondly, A variety of typical camera calibration methods are all taken deeply research and analyzed. Zhang's method, which belongs to traditional camera calibration method is deeply used to obtain all intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of the camera and analyzed them so as to compensate and modify the error and the aberration occurred during taking the images.Thirdly, some kinds of image processing algorithms are introduced, an object detection and pixe location system based on computer vision is described in this paper, and fast object detection, accurate segmentation and precise location are also realized in the system. The Mathematical model of Plane-Space coordinate transformation and the Computing model of the parameters of the missile-target encounter was built and the state of simulate encounter is realized to check and analyse by the scheme of binocular stereo visionFinally, the measure system's hardware is realized.
