With the rapid development of China's economic,pulse bag filter is being more and more widely used as a new equipment because of its advantages of high efficiency of dedusting and operation economic.However,the structure of the dust collector is at the secondary status,designers often do the process design in great detail while do the structure design grossly,and so does the research.Based on practical engineering,this paper will do the force mechanism analysis of the middle box and the upper box which are the two important parts of the collector.The accomplishment is as follows:(1) Optimizing the finite element mode of the collector box in the coupling method, compareing the overall results of the analysis of the box with the results of existing design methods,Pointing out the shortage of existing methods in the design of plate and ribbed beam and making recommendations;Optimizing the number of boards of the middle box and taking advantage of the OPT module of ANSYS to optimize the waveform of formed board.(2) Making the double non-linear analysis of the structure of the middle box, comparing the buckling path of the structure under different nonlinear factors,and also comparing the effects on the structural stability of these non-linear factors;Comparing the buckling path and force characteristics of the buckling process of the middle box under different cross-section components and different load conditions.(3) Optimizing the finite element mode of the collector box in the coupling method, analysis the possibility of instability of the upper box.Analysising the effects of the boundary conditions and plate aspect ratio to the buckling path,and also analysising the linear buckling characteristics of the middle box from the aspects of overall size, component cross-section,load conditions.(4) Making the double non-linear analysis of the structure of the upper box, comparing the buckling path of the structure under different nonlinear factors,and also comparing the effects on the structural stability of these non-linear factors.Comparing the buckling path and force characteristics of the buckling process of the middle box under different cross-section components and different load conditions.
