Motor as a mechanical and electrical energy conversion device,plays an important role in all aspects of daily life,such as the power industry,transportation, agriculture,various types of industrial and mining enterprises and national defense. Three basic forms of the rotation of motor:DC motor,induction motor,synchronous motor are widely multi-disciplinary applications in the industrial and agricultural production and daily.Whether high-speed railway or processing industry,they demand the motor has a big starting torque,the motor torque output responses rapidly with external environment and the motor has a wide range of smooth speed in order to control the motor torque flexibly.In recent years,with technological advances of the DC drive,AC variable frequency speed regulation systems,the performance continued to improve and increase.With the study of drive performance improvement,people have turned their attention to other forms of motor,such as non-brush DC motors, permanent magnet motors and switched reluctance motor.We select Switched Reluctance motor as the drive motor for Speed Regulation Systems and change its attended mode of winding,in order to implement high torque and efficiency in low speed.The CPU is TMS320LF2407.Several advanced peripherals, optimized for digital motor and motion control applications,have been integrated to provide a true single-chip DSP controller;it is adapted to controlling SRM very much.This thesis firstly introduces the history of SRM.And then it introduces the structure of SRM and analyses emphases the formulas of speed,torque and power.After deriving and emulating,we get a more effective attended mode of winding which adopt to run in low speed period.According to the characteristics of speed regulation systems, main circuit,driver circuit of IGBT,control circuits and protection circuit are designed. Main circuits is made up of dual-switched and cut-over circuits,according to the characteristics of IGBT,the high- performance driver,SKHI 24,is selected to designed for driver circuit.The DSP control circuit and peripherals are designed.According to the experiment with the SRD,the curves of speed,torque,and power are presented and analyzed,which certificate that the result of derivation and emulation is correct.
