A large number of projects show that it's proved to be very necessary to monitor and analyze the bridge being bulit to ensure it be completed and in normal use, even be of high quality and aesthetic appearance. The structural deformation and internal forces in every construction stage of the bridge can be expected and monitored when the bridge is built according to scheduled procedure; it is necessary to inspect and analyze reasons to avoid accidents and losses owing to blind construction when the difference of theoretical value and actual value is too big found in monitoring.In this paper, Wenfu Passenger Dedicated Railway 64 meters Simply-supported Girder Bridge for Baima River is researched. The bridge-building machine and precast girders are connected by jacks installed on the pole beams and the post-tensioning method is used. The stresses and the overall alignments of the characteristic cross-sections are analyzed by means of creating finite element model using MIDAS based on the theory of construction monitoring and simulation analysis. and models of different tension orders and Jack pressures are compared. The purpose and contents of the trial are statemented, measured results are analyzed in accordance with different ways; the errors of theoretical value and actua value are researched and advice is given.Through the simulation analysis using MIDAS in accordance with the process of construction of bridge, we can see: in stress control,the tension order which makes stresses more reasonable is got drawn by different ones; jack pressures are adjusted to make stresses in the scope of the specification allowed ;in stress control alignment,it's learned that a reasonable tension order and the timely adjustment of the jack pressures are the keys of the bridge alignment besides the interaction of girders and bridge-building machine and the water pressure due to the alignment analysis of different load conditions. The scientific construction monitoring is taken including the reasonable measuring points and the time to monitor. The reliable results are got in the way of avoiding negative factors which are included in the influencing factors. It is a necessarity to follow the measures drawn by theoretical calculation in accordance with the comparative analysis of theory and experiment. The measures are implemented in the guidance of the main thought of monitoring and the cross-bridge is completed successfully .The reference information is provided to the remaining 14 bridges and related theory is perfected.
