River Paidioa NO.1grand bridge is a high piers prestressed concrete continuous rigid super bridge of highway XiaRong (GuiZhou territory) which is from RongJiangGeLong to DuYun (BT10contract), with main bridge spans of (105+200+105) m; its main girder is variable cross-section of single box single room prestressed concrete girder, with left and right layout:The substructure is thin wall pilla hollow pier with both limbs, largest pier height of the left layout is123m,118m of the right layout. The paper mainly did work as follows:1. With the background of River Paidioa NO.1grand bridge, the following have been researched:Monitoring simulation calculation method and site monitoring technology of large span and high pier continuous rigid bridge; engineering characteristics and the specific methods and measures for construction monitoring of River Paidioa grand bridge have been confirmed.2. The infinite model has been built, using MIDAS and ZhengZhuang algorithm, simulating the congstruction and completed bridge state of river Paidioa NO.1grand bridge.3. Infinite analysis and stability analysis for every construction step of river Paidioa NO.1grand bridge in biggest cantilever state have been finished; Every load case’s infinite analysis in completed bridge state have been done, so ad to ensure the bridge camber and vertical mold elevation, underlying the bridge’s construction.4. Construction monitoring of the bridge has been accomplished, getting that field test data of construction monitoring is identical to theoretical analysis data, and elevation error is less than2.5cm after the bridge is completed.Construction monitoring reaearch results and experience of the paper about river Paidioa NO.1grand bridge will be reference to any other large span high pier continuous rigid frame bridge.
