Research And Application On Cooperative Quality Management Model For Assembly-type Chain Manufacturing Chains

Assembly-type chain manufacturing chains are that the core enterprise group with independent intellectual property rights reforms the front-end chain brand enterprises through the output of the advanced technology and management mode, in order to exploit markets and drive the downstream component manufacturing enterprises to produce the products, which meet the standard of the core enterprise group, and promotes the development of the whole industry chain finally. In view of the model, how to carry out TQM(total quality management) to control the quality cost and improve economic returns has become a burning question. Therefore, in this paper, the cooperative quality management model of the Assembly-type chain manufacturing chains was researched on the basis of a large number of the domestic and foreign literature had been referenced and investigated.First of all, according to the demand for total quality management and collaborative quality management of the Assembly-type chain manufacturing chains, a three- dimensional model based on the product process dimensional, the stage of quality management process dimensional and the tools and the technology of quality management dimensional was established. In addition, the operation processes of the collaborative quality management of the Assembly-type chain manufacturing chains for the mode was analyzed, and the management strategy for the application of the model was researched.On this basis, the overall design of the information platform for the collaborative quality management of the Assembly-type chain manufacturing chains was made, including the general framework, operating model, functional system and technology system, at the same time, the integration scheme of collaborative quality management system are studied.Finally, the most of the research conclusion of this paper has been used to plan and design the collaborative quality management model and information platform of Chongqing Yike Co.Ltd.
