Research On Application Of Product Quality Management In D Company Based On Total Quality Management

Mortar material is the blood of construction,which is indispensable in engineering projects.The quality of dry-mixed mortar has a direct impact on the quality and safety of engineering projects.On the other hand,the use of dry-mixed mortar can also achieve energy conservation and emission reduction,realize the recycling of solid waste resources,meet the requirements of national industrial transformation and upgrading,and achieve green and sustainable development.TQM pays attention to the needs of customers,emphasizes the quality management concept of the whole staff,the whole range and the whole process,combines with science and technology and statistical methods,and uses various methods to form a systematic guarantee for product quality,so as to help enterprises continuously improve product quality management and achieve gradual improvement.Taking D company as the case study,this thesis analyzes the problems existing in the process of product quality management,and puts forward the improvement measures of dry-mixed mortar quality management by using the total quality management mode.It discusses the following five aspects: building the total quality management system,improving the quality control in the whole process,all the staf f participating in the quality management,strengthening the staff training and continuous improvement.Finally,through the concrete application cases of improving the quality problems with great fluctuation in the uniformity of dry-mixed mortar,it shows that TQM plays a positive role in the quality management of dry-mixed mortar,improves the uniformity of dry-mixed mortar,reduces customers’ complaints about product quality,enhances their willingness to use dry-mixed mortar,and improves customer satisfaction.All of these reflect the effectiveness of the improvement measures for the quality management of dry-mixed mortar of D company,and lay a solid foundation for the continuous improvement of the product quality of dry-mixed mortar of D company.At the same time,I hope this research can provide quality management reference for more dry-mixed mortar enterprises,help to improve the quality management level of dry-mixed mortar products,and promote the promotion and use of dry-mixed mortar products.
