Stirling Engine, using the external energy, is a new kind of closed piston engine. Stirling Engine will be fully in the development of power system to achieve its rightful place and play its active role in the benefit of mankind. The basic function of heat exchange system is to achieve the heat exchange, to ensure that the working substance could be heated, chilled and storied in closed circulatory system.We carried out the design and study of the heat exchange system, which is mainly to serve the Stirling Engine, as directly using the solar energy heat, inclined disk drive four-cylinder double acting steam machine. The heat exchange system is the key components of machines. We introduced the basic structure and principles of the heat exchange system. From a practical requirement of the overall design, combined the methods at home and abroad of mathematical analysis, using MathCAD software to calculate flow resistance, pressure drop and heat exchange rate of the technical parameters, and we analyzed the relationship between these data and their mutual influence. At a full understanding of the interaction of various parameters on the basis of more scientifically identified, including the size and structure design of the regenerator and chiller components, to achieve the optimum design to reduce energy consumption, improve efficiency and save funds to develop purposes. At processing, the response to the special nature of the design, we found a number of innovative processing methods.For verifying the results of the effectiveness of the design, we fit out the test table to test the thermal characteristics and the flow characteristics of the chiller. Test results and data analysis shows that the design of chiller idea is correct, the methods of design and procedures are effective, the results of design achieve the desired target.
