In 21st century, electric cars are clean and effective city transport. It combines light, electricity, various disciplines of the latest technologies, are vehicles, electric traction, power electronics, intelligent control, chemical, power, computers, new energy, new mate-rials, such as the latest achievements of engineering and technology in an integrated prod-uct. As a clean, energy-efficient new means of transport, electric vehicles have a unique advantage. AC asynchronous motor with its unique simple structure , durable, stable and reliable operation, a small moment of inertia, manufacture low-cost, low maintenance and convenient, be able to apply harsh environment and many other advantages, has been widely applied to industrial and agricultural production. AC motor in the field of electric vehicles also have broad application prospects.First of all, through a series of assumptions and coordinate transformation, induction motors have been relatively simple numerical models, which can communicate speed con-trol system has been similar to the linear model of the figure. Because of the self-induction motor parameters (rotor resistance, stator resistance) and the load parameters (moment of inertia, etc.) due to environmental conditions change, and this approximate linear model of the figure can not be accurate transient response of speed control system process makes the general law of the linear regulator has a speed control system must communicate limita-tions.
