Shortage of energy sources and Pollution of environment in the world are be coming more and more serious. The delicate problems compel scientists to search for new energy sources that can substitute conventional ones. Therefore ,developing and using renewable and clean energy sources such as solar energy which is Economical and non Polluting are taken into account seriously. All sorts of technologies of uti1izing solar energy including photovoltaic pump have made great strides. The photovoltaic pump(PV pump)system base on Induction Motor-Driven, in this paper, present a detailed introduction of DC/DC push- pull inverter,DC/AC IPM converter and control circuit based on dsPIC30F2010,and made a specimen for system. The various tracking methods of MPPT are studied and simulated, and MPPT programs are designed. The main content in this paper is:1) DC-DC boost inverter is designed, and parallel connection principle of power MOSFET is summarized by the addition of TPS2812;2) Research the way of PV pump system max power point tracking control, the various tracking methods of MPPT are studied and simulated and adopt SVPWM technology to realize steady and rapid control of system.3) IPM as main circuit of inverter is adopted, the driven circuit and protection circuit of inverter are predigested greatly, volume of inverter is reduced, efficiency and reliability are improved;4) The DSC dsPIC30F2010 of Microchip is used as controller and the hardware circuit including protected circuit and software flow are designed;5) Particularly introduce the calculation and choice of component parameter on main circuit.6) Various load experimentations are processed on specimen, and experimental wave and efficiency test are provided. High efficiency and dependability of the system is proved by the result.
