Naval gun plays important role of modern sea battle.With the development of science and sea battle,the technology of naval gun has to be promoted.Research on modularity and lightweight of naval gun is profound for raising battle effictiveness.Combined the modular theory and the characteristics of naval gun system, based on analysis to the naval gun sub-function,the way of partition of naval gun function modules and calculation of correlative extent.It depended on the value of correlative extent that we ascertain the partition.At the same time,we got the structure illustration.It is based on the mapping relation of function modules and structure modules that we establish the morphologic matrix on feed system of naval gun.In allusion to the characteristics of the feed system design of the naval gun, the rules on judge of the modular project were confirmed by AHP.According to the design parameters,each module was designed,and synchronization technique and joint technique were resolved.The lightweight of certain naval gun was carried out,manifold projects was put forward with applying the modular combination,deleting theory and matter model,divergence tree of extention theory.Each lightweight model was modeling into matter,which is evaluated by Excellent Degree method.The prototype of the best project was built.The lightweight prototype machine and antetype prototype machine were tested,validated and compared through dynamic concussion,responding time.
