Material handling is the most basic integrant elements in the enterprise physical distribution system. With the fast development of power electronics technology, micro-electronics technology and modern control theory, the material handling system has been improving and using in production widely. This article analyzes the domestic and foreign development present situation and correlation control technology of material handing machinery. In view of the pickled cabbage fishing transporting duty, the automatic fishing cabbage machine is designed.According to the demand of the pickled cabbage factory, this article overall project design of the automatic fishing vegetable machine was proposed, and the elavating mechanism, the shifting mechanism and the grab mechanism was designed; and variable-frequency speed control principle of AC asynchronous motors was analyzed, then the simulation model of AC motor vector control system was constructed under the Matlab/Simulink simulation environment.Taking ATmegal28L as the core of the system, and PWM filter circuit, ultrasonic ranging circuit, electro-optic isolating circuit and encoder interface circuit was designed. And the PWM filter circuit was discussed and the simulation model of PWM filter circuit was constructed under the Multisim 8 simulation environment; according to circuits designed and its control strategy, the control system software was designed and the program of the software was written in C language programming, which includes the system main program, the ultrasonic ranging program and the position detected program, the program flow chart also was given.In order to make the machine's time sequence logic and strict and safe, the article introduces finite state machine theory (FSM). Based on Matlab/Stateflow, the logic model of the time sequence control of the machine was made and simulated, which will provide powerful groundings to the practical operation.
