With the enlargement of the city size, the constant improvement of increasing constantly in water population and living standards of the people, make urban water consumption increases sharply, causing the original water -supply system can't bear the heavy load. Directing against the current situation of the urban water supply,this text carries on further investigation on optimization dispatcher of the water-supply system ,and brings a new-type intellectual control theory - Mulit-Agent theory and the wireless network platform of GSM in dispatcher's system, setting up a kind of new-type Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply System, to reach the real optimization of water -supply system and run finally. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Set up the model of Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply SystemPassing the further research on Agent and Multi-Agent system, the theory of Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply System, this text regards the macroscopical model as the foundation and adopts optimizing dispatchers for two grades of the water -supply system as the main research object, have set up the model of Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply System based on Multi-Agent and GSM. This system optimizes dispatcher two grades to conbine together, structure two Multi-Agent subsystems separately, namely: the first Optimal Dispatch subsystem and the second Optimal Dispatch subsystem.(2) Set up the model of Communication CoordinatingPassing the further investigation of the type characteristic in harmony to Agent theory and systematic communication of many Agent, combining the characterister of the Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply System, this text has set up the coordination model of this system, namely the dispersing type coordination model which plan the centralized type coordination, has chosen to compare KQML communication language in common use in concrete communication language.(3) Further research on the first Optimal Dispatch subsystemAccording to the characterister of the first Optimal Dispatch subsystem, this text has set up the first Optimal Dispatch subsystem based on Multi-Agent. This subsystem is made up of one manage Agent and four function Agent. Manage Agent since person who coordinates communication of system, it is resolving a administrator of task of the subsystem too; Four function Agents are responsible for finishing one's own tasks separately, and coordinate communication with manage Agent.(4) Further research on the second Optimal Dispatch subsystemAccording to the characterister of the second Optimal Dispatch subsystem and the result of the first Optimal Dispatch, this text has set up the second Optimal Dispatch subsystem based on Multi-Agent. This subsystem is also made up of one managed Agent and five function Agents. Five function Agents coordinate communication through the manag Agent, to finish second optimizing the dispatcher's task together. (5) Verify the new-type Optimal Dispatch of Water Supply System to the instanceIn order to verify feasibility and validity of the model of Optimal Dispatch of Municipal Water Supply System that this text puts forward, this thesis takes water -supply system of one city as an example, dawdles and analyses after carrying on the electricity before and after optimizing, the energy-conserving result is remarkable, state the practicability of this system model.
