This study's research background was based on the unique natural landscape,human resources in the rural areas surrounding Lijiang when the current large-scale construction of new rural construction was on doing.It summarized the destruction of resources and rural landscapes in the new rural construction.It also summarized the methods of protecting and using the rural scenic resource surrounding the Lijiang region.It combined with a case to explain the research results.This article was divided into the following five components:Partâ… :It introduced the major concept of the scenic resources and the new rural development policy,and analyzed the problems of the protection of the scenic resources in the new rural construction in Lijiang.Partâ…¡:It introduced the basic profiles of scenic resources,including its natural landscape resources and human resources and scenic features in Lijiang.Partâ…¢:Through the collation of relevant information both at home and abroad,it mainly explored the natural scenery of Lijiang rural landscape resources and human resources,and summarized the protection principles,measures and implementation of the rural landscape.Partâ…£:Based on the use of sustainable development the landscape resources in the new rural construction,it summarized the principles ways and means of the development and utilization of the landscape resources,taken Gu Cheng District Lijiang City for example.Finally:It concluded that the new rural construction in Lijiang was only built on the preservation of scenic resources and its unique heritage of human resources completely and based on the characteristics of its own resources to develop and use,its development and construction would be the road to sustainable development.
