In recent years,cultural tourism has received increasing attention in the country.This article summarizes the development model of “cultural tourism”.Through correct and reasonable planning and design,it is hoped that through the design of the lijiang Yongjiang Bay Tourism Scenic Area,the use of tourism will be achieved.Drive the economic growth in the surrounding areas,increase the overnight consumption of tourists in scenic spots,and deepen the sense of cultural experience.Use tourism to promote the local farming culture,the local religious beliefs,and the local culture of Yongsuli.It makes development and ecological protection reach a state of harmonious symbiosis and responds to the call of the national rural rejuvenation strategy.From the analysis of the core concepts and operation modes of "cultural tourism",the planning and design of the lijiangBay Scenic Area will be integrated into the context of the "village rejuvenation strategy."
