The Study Of Characteristic And Design Of New Village Residence In Changsha Districe

With economic development, great changes and achievements have taken place in rural area of China. However, chaotic village distribution and unorderly buildings affected the construction of human habitat, the utilization of land intensification and sustainable development. Therefore, unified planning and reconstruction to residential housing in village have become the core part of a new rural construction project.Residential reconstruction, taking the ongoing new rural construction project as background, is part of contents of habitation urbanization in rural urbanization. In the first chapter of this article, we firstly introduced original ideas and background of the research, with focusing primarily on the basic condition of rural urbanization in our country. In addition, we presented the significance of the research from the view of national policy and economic environment. Then, we introduced a research method, mainly including the status of the research, related literatures and theoretical studies. At last, we introduced the status of related research at home and abroad and then defined some basic concepts. In the second chapter, based on the systematic field investigation, which included rural residential location, spatial layout and constructional conformation, we have achieved a comprehensive understanding about the status of rural area in Changsha. And then, we elucidated the morphological characteristics of rural residence in Changsha from the aspects of natural conditions, living form, functional composition, spatial processing, structural style, and constructional material.This thesis mainly focused on finding the solution to residential reconstruction, hence, in the third and forth chapter, taking the new rural demonstration area of Wangbo as an example, we have intensively investigated various parts of rural housing in Changsha, then, summarized four different solutions to reconstruction and illustrated which parts of housing each solution can be adapted to. In fifth chapter, taking new villages in Sichuan and Jiangxi province as examples, we proposed a principle that rural residential reconstruction should conform to regional characteristics in the aspects of residential planning the layout.In this thesis, according to the problems existing in rural residential reconstruction, we have carried out a deeply investigation on the rural residential reconstruction in Changsha. After the investigation, we proposed some suggestions and solutions to the rural residential reconstruction. And we hope that we could provide a meaningful sustainable development approach to rural residential reconstruction in Changsha via a research on sustainability of rural residential reconstruction.
