Research On The Conflict And The Syncretism Of Chinese And Occident Residential Notion In Chinese Modern House Design

In order to explore the residence conflict and the syncretism of China and occident in Chinese modern house design, and to find a suitable way of development for Chinese future house, this article expatiates the residential architectures and their culture. At first, this paper re–explored China and occident traditional residence, through introduced the residence and its characteristic of China and occident residence, and simply depicts the Chinese modern resident architecture influenced by the west architectural culture, and try to anatomy Chinese architecture from the historical and realism angle . After find the problem ,this article further touched the essence—the syncretize of China and occident in Chinese modern house design., and try to solve the problem in two way: the Chinese notion revelation and the occident modern notion influence.This paper includes three parts.In the fires part, I introduce Chinese and occident culture, history and development, and study them along the way of development so that we can comment their phenomena, significance and value at the same time of cleaning of the same and the deference between them.In the second part, we discuss the status in quo of Chinese residence under the influence of west architectural culture, and analyze the status and process of syncretism and the contradiction in the process of syncretism. The keystone is the syncretism that have exist in the Chinese residence and the conflict that will be improved further.The third part is the most important of this article. We have compared China and occident notion, culture and architecture previous and have put forward the problem. In this part, I try to solve them—creating in residence design by syncretism of China and occident notion.Chinese and occident architecture had been restrict by themselves resident notion, and developed many difference between them. The essential deference is Chinese"nature and man syncretism","connotation","positive and negative concoct", and occident"nature and man conflict","opening and freedom","contradiction", and that Chinese pay more attention to group's value while occidental pay more attention to individual residential value. This is the nature of the conflict between them. With the global integrity, this difference is weakened. From this we can recognize that it is crucial to re-shape our residential notion. We must rely on ourselves. We must re-read and re-explore Chinese culture and traditional residence, understanding the positive space mean, and looking for the syncretism with modern residential space so that we can change the shortcoming and the situation lacking native feeling.All part of this paper bring forward a way of re-shape Chinese modern residential notion system and value system on the basis of concluding the difference and same.
